At Ranger MediaLab, you’ll be responsible for scaling client revenue with high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization — with a direct and measurable impact on both our clients’ success and our company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Drive client growth: Hit at least 90% of client revenue and ROAS targets by building, managing, and improving campaigns.
- Keep campaigns healthy: Maintain 90%+ uptime across all accounts. Troubleshoot and resolve issues (setup errors, tracking, budgets, policy, targeting, etc.) before they hurt performance.
- Optimize & innovate: Regularly analyze data, improve ad creative, landing pages, keywords, and targeting. Stay on top of Google Ads updates and competitor trends.
- Test & learn: Launch at least one new test per client per month/quarter (e.g., new creatives, keywords, audiences, or campaign types).
- Collaborate: Work closely with account managers, CRO specialists, and videographers to drive results.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads management with proven results in conversion-focused funnels.
- 1+ year managing $50k+/month in ad spend.
- Experience with lead generation funnels (preferred).
- Strong agency background.
- Broad industry experience (insurance, automotive, dental, legal, etc. a plus).
- Skilled in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, GTM, GBP, YouTube Ads, and Search Console.
- Strong copywriting and ad creative skills.
- Data analysis & reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent problem-solving — you know how to troubleshoot when campaigns stall.
- Strong AI skills. IE Leverage AI for Ad copy, problem solving, script writing, etc.
Nice to Haves: Hyros, Google Ads Script, CRO experience, Video Ad creation skills.
