Refund Guarantee and $5,000 CAD Pay Out

We want you to win with us, and if it's not happening, we don't want to hold you hostage and waste your time.
To be eligible for a full refund and the $5,000 CAD Payout, all of the following conditions must be met.

1. You/Your Business must have signed a yearly contract with Ranger MediaLab Inc for our marketing services.
2. You & your team have implemented our entire methodology. This entails installing attribution/tracking software, some slight modifications to your website, API Integration (in some cases), CRM integration (Depends on your tech), messaging changes, etc.
Most of the heavy lifting is done by our team, however, we will need your support in implementing some aspects of our methodology. If that support is not given, or not given in a reasonable amount of time (3 months to implement everything) then you are NOT eligible for a refund and the $5,000 CAD payout.

3. Our system has been fully operational for 3 months.
4. Your website, CRM and everything that can affect your lead flow and sales process is also fully operational during the time our marketing system is operational. IE. You can't have your CRM offline for 2 weeks and expect to get leads from our marketing system.
5. After our system is fully operational, you implement all our recommendations within ten business days of receiving them.
6. You give us access to your leads and sales data (call recordings, notes, CRM access, etc) in order for our team to review the lead & sales quality and provide you with recommendations.
7. You have initiated a sales conversation (via email, chat, SMS or phone calls) with every single lead (That has a valid contact method) generated by our system. You must provide us access to the details of that sales conversation (CRM notes, etc).
8. For non responsive leads (Valid contact info, but not returning emails, calls, SMS or chat messages), you have followed up three times (Via email, chat, SMS or phone calls) with each of them. You must provide us access to the follow up logs, data.
9. The CPA for leads and sales is above what we established as a baseline CPA.
10. We have spent the agreed upon advertising budget in it's entirety.
IE. If we agree to spend $30,000/month to generate leads and sales for your business, you are not eligible for a refund and $5,000 CAD payout if we only spent $5,000/month.
We fully stand by our marketing system, for that reason, If you meet all the above criteria, you are eligible for the full refund and the $5,000 CAD payout.
